Are the router and laptops charged twice?
No. A laptop that leaves the office keeps the office profile and isn’t billed again.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes per office: one DNS setting on the router. Laptops that leave the office get a profile.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign a DPA under the GDPR. Query logs stay off unless you turn them on, for 7 to 90 days.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for monthly and yearly plans. Only if the legal entity is ready.
Do employees need to install anything?
No. Devices in the office use the router’s DNS. Laptops that leave the office get a profile once.
What happens after the pilot?
You choose a plan for each office, or the pilot simply ends. No payment details are needed for the pilot.
